Nature of services
Cedar Core Recovery Consulting Pty Ltd provides business recovery planning advice for owner-managed companies. Our work is advisory. It does not constitute legal advice, accounting certification, financial product advice, or a formal insolvency appointment under Australian law.

We aim to keep fee guidance and service descriptions current. They are informational and may change. Binding terms appear only in a written engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For advisory engagements, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
